What kind of tableware do people from all over the world eat?

The tableware in the world is mainly chopsticks, cutlery, and hands. Because each country has different cultures, different histories, and different economic developments. So the way to eat is very different. This produces different cutlery.

1.Chopsticks

The countries that use chopsticks in the world are not only China but also Japan, North Korea, South Korea, Vietnam, and other countries eat with chopsticks. As an ancient civilization, China is also the birthplace of chopsticks. It has been more than 3,000 years old to eat with chopsticks.

Although chopsticks are used in these countries, they are different. Most of our chopsticks are made of bamboo and are a little longer than chopsticks in other countries because we often eat around a large table and many people, the plates are relatively far away from us. We often use only two chopsticks for eating. We don't use other auxiliary utensils often.

Korean chopsticks use stainless steel because forest resources are very valuable to them. The length of their chopsticks is shorter than that of China, and Koreans prefer to drink soup. They generally use it with spoons.

Japanese chopsticks are shorter because they usually eat their own, and they don't need such long chopsticks. Moreover, they prefer willow chopsticks in addition to stainless steel chopsticks, because they believe that willow can avoid evil and have a good meaning.

2. Cutlery

Knives, forks, and spoons are used in Europe and North America. These three kinds of tableware are used for almost every meal. They are all divided into meals, and they all prefer meat such as steaks. Knives and forks are more suitable for this way of eating. During the meal, take the fork in the left hand and the knife in the right hand. Use the meat to cut into small pieces and eat. This is different from China. The Chinese cut the food and sandwiched it. Among the countries that use knives and forks, Germany's knives and forks are the most delicate, and their knives and forks are carved.

3. Hand

Countries that use hand-picked rice include Africa, West Asia, India, Southeast Asia, and all countries except Vietnam, Singapore, and Malaysian Chinese.

In India, most of them use their right hand to eat because their left hand is used to go to the toilet and do something that is not very clean. Therefore, in the eyes of Indians, the left hand is a symbol of uncleanness, and in public, they will not use the left hand. The left hand is absolutely not allowed to hand food to others, it will be considered provocative and cause unnecessary trouble. However, with the development and exchange of culture, their habits have been continuously improved, and they have changed a lot.

If they eat by hand, they can feel the temperature of the food in advance and avoid ironing to their mouths. This tableware has its own merits, but as a descendant of the Yellow Emperor, I still think that China's chopsticks are better, simple, but it has shaken the food culture of China for thousands of years. What do you think?
